These terms are between you and HireThomas, Inc., the company that makes Couch Talk. By using couchtalkapp.com you agree to them.
Couch Talk gives two people the same questions and shows each of you the other's answers. The daily question is free. Premium unlocks every question deck and your answer history for both people in the space.
Couch Talk is a conversation game. It isn't therapy, counseling or medical advice.
Premium costs $7.99 a month or $59.99 a year (USD), charged by Stripe when you subscribe and then at the start of each period until you cancel. Your card statement shows COUCHTALKAPP.COM.
You can cancel anytime in Settings under Manage or cancel subscription. You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
If something went wrong with a charge, email hello@couchtalkapp.com within 14 days and we'll sort it out, including a refund where it's fair.
Your answers belong to you. You let us store and show them to you and your partner so the app works. Don't post anything illegal, threatening or that you don't have the right to share.
Anyone with your private link or your unlocked device can open your space, so keep them safe. We may suspend spaces used to abuse the service.
We work hard to keep Couch Talk running, but it's provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll show a notice in the app before it applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
